Basic Memory: Retains recent conversation context for coherent responses
Extended Memory: Maintains longer conversation history and better context awareness
Longest Memory: Maximum context retention for highly detailed, ongoing conversations
Higher memory tiers allow your personas to remember more details from previous interactions, making conversations feel more natural and personalized.

A system message defines your AI's personality, behavior, expertise, and conversation style. It's like writing a character description for your AI persona. Include details like:
• Personality traits and demeanor
• Areas of expertise or knowledge
• Communication style preferences
• Behavioral guidelines and boundaries
• Any specific roles or scenarios they should engage in

You can use templates or write custom messages. The more detailed your system message, the more authentic your persona will behave.

After creating a persona, navigate to the Details page. You'll find a unique phone number assigned to your persona and a join key. Share this phone number with others to allow SMS communication. Make sure SMS is enabled in your persona settings and that you have available usage credits.

Realistic: Photorealistic images that look like actual photographs
Semi-Realistic: Balanced style between realistic and stylized artwork
Anime: Japanese animation style with distinctive features and colors

You can preview examples of each style when creating your persona. The art style applies to both profile picture generation and in-conversation image requests.

Push notifications alert you only when your personas send messages. You'll see browser notifications for messages sent by your personas.
Enable notifications in your browser when prompted during persona creation or in notification settings. You can manage notification settings in your browser preferences.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email address. You'll receive a password reset link that allows you to create a new password.

Free Model Messages: Daily rate-limited messages using basic AI models. Available to all plans but limited in quantity per day.
Premium Messages: Unlimited access to advanced AI models with higher quality responses. Included in your monthly plan limits or available through purchased credits.

When you exceed your daily free messages, you must switch persona to premium messages (if available) or it will stop responding until usage resets.

When you reach your monthly usage limits, your personas will automatically switch to using purchased credits if available. If no purchased credits remain, the following happens:

AI Messages: Personas switch to free model messages (daily rate-limited) or stop responding until usage resets on the 1st of the next month.
Media Generation: Image and video generation stops until usage resets or additional credits are purchased.
SMS: Personas will stop sending SMS messaging. TTS: Personas voice will no longer generate audio.

You can monitor your usage on the Plans page and purchase additional credits anytime to avoid interruptions.

To cancel your subscription:
1. Go to your Plans page from the main navigation
2. Find your current subscription section
3. Click "Cancel Subscription" or "Cancel Auto-Renew"
4. Confirm the cancellation

What happens after cancellation:
• You'll keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period
• Auto-renewal will be disabled
• You can continue using any purchased credits
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

You can reactivate auto-renewal anytime before your subscription expires.

Yes! You can share your personas using join codes:

To share a persona:
1. Go to your persona's Details page
2. Find the "Join Key" section
3. Copy the join code and share it with others

For others to join:
1. They navigate to the Join Persona page
2. Enter your join code
3. They get a complete copy of your persona

Important notes:
• Shared personas are copies, not linked to your original
• Recipients can modify their copied personas
• Join codes never expire
• This is perfect for sharing templates or proven configurations

SMS messaging is currently supported in:
• United States
• Canada

Important details:
• Both US and Canadian phone numbers can send and receive SMS
• International messaging is not supported at this time
• Carrier fees apply to all SMS messages
• One inbound SMS is free per outbound message
